Strength and Conditioning Combo Circuits

New week!

Let’s get a little bit better.

On Monday, there will be 2 strength and conditioning combo circuits with a finisher circuit at the end.

Here’s what we’re doing….

Circuit 1

30/20x 4 rounds of each strength and conditioning circuit

  • Squat press
  • Ring row
  • Twist or Buigarian bag
  • Cardio Choice

Circuit 2

  • Deadlift choice or swing choice
  • Plank or crawl
  • Abs
  • Cardio

Finisher Circuit

30/20 x 3 rounds

  • Kettlebell curls
  • Kettlebell tricep extension
  • Skaters
