Let’s get a little bit better.
On Monday, there will be 2 strength and conditioning combo circuits with a finisher circuit at the end.
Here’s what we’re doing….
Circuit 1
30/20x 4 rounds of each strength and conditioning circuit
- Squat press
- Ring row
- Twist or Buigarian bag
- Cardio Choice
Circuit 2
- Deadlift choice or swing choice
- Plank or crawl
- Abs
- Cardio
Finisher Circuit
30/20 x 3 rounds
- Kettlebell curls
- Kettlebell tricep extension
- Skaters
