Strength and Conditioning Hybrid
Hey Training Room family!
Monday’s workout will be a combination of both strength and conditioning.
Here’s what it will look like…
3 ten minute triples
Trilpet 1:
- 5/5 kettlebell/dumbbell clean
- 5/5 kettlebell press
- 50 jumping jacks or 100 revolutions on the jump rope
REST 2 minutes
Triplet 2
- 1 arm row 5/5
- split squat variations 5/5
- Bike or ski 10 calories
REST 2 minutes
Triplet 3
- Push-up plank
- knee-ups
- row 10 calories or 100 yard run
