Strength and Conditioning Hybrid

Hey Training Room family!

Monday’s workout will be a combination of both strength and conditioning.

Here’s what it will look like…

3 ten minute triples

Trilpet 1:

  • 5/5 kettlebell/dumbbell clean
  • 5/5 kettlebell press
  • 50 jumping jacks or 100 revolutions on the jump rope

REST 2 minutes

Triplet 2

  • 1 arm row 5/5
  • split squat variations 5/5
  • Bike or ski 10 calories

REST 2 minutes

Triplet 3

  • Push-up plank
  • knee-ups
  • row 10 calories or 100 yard run
