Intervals will be 30/20 x 4 rounds of the first 2 circuits.

Circuit 2

  • Push-ups
  • Swings
  • Twist or Bulgarian bag
  • Bike or ski

Circuit 3

30/20 x 3 rounds of guns and cardio.

  • Bicep choice
  • Tricep choice
  • skate or side step
