We are repeating the last 4 week training cycle starting with a strength and conditioning combo!

Congrats to The Milkman and Tommy J for crushing their first Hyrox race!

Mixing it up with strength and conditioning triplets…

Each triplet will consist or 2 strength components and 1 conditioning component.

Here it is…

Triplet 1: 30/20 x 4 rounds

  • Any Bike
  • Upper body pull choice
  • Squat choice

Triplet 2: 30/20 x 4 rounds

  • Row or Run
  • Upper body push choice
  • Lower body pull/hinge choice

Triplet 3: 30/20 x 4 rounds

  • Ski or Versa Climber
  • Ab choice
  • Twist or Bulgarian bag
