Here’s what’s going on for Wednesday.

We have A COMBINATION of some strength and conditioning in a couplet format but will finish up with a circuit using the same movements.

5 sets of each couplet working for 15 seconds and resting for 15 seconds while alternating between the movements.

Couplet 1

  • Kettlebell swings or band hinges
  • Goblet squat or body weight squat options

Couplet 2

  • Body weight rows
  • Any push up option

Couplet 3

  • Ab choice
  • cardio movement choices

5 rounds of circiuit finish 15/15 x 5

  • Kettlebell swing/hinges
  • Goblet or body weight squat options
  • Body weight rows
  • Any push up option
  • Abs
  • Cardio
