Beach season is approaching FAST!

Come on in to The Training Room on Tuesday for this fun and effective strength and conditioning session that will cover ALL the areas of fitness!

We promise you won’t regret it!

Strength and Conditioning Hybrid Circuit

30/20 x 4 rounds of Training Room FUN!

  • Ring rows
  • Squats (choice of body weight, goblet, split, kettlebell front squat)
  • Ab choice
  • Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks (also PEGS)
  • Push-ups (so many variations)
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Twist or Bulgarian Bag
  • Ski or bike

Now for a little gun show to finish things off right..

30/20 x 3 rounds

  • Kettlebell or dumbell curls (bands work well also)
  • Kettlebell or dumbell triceps (bands work well also)
  • Skaters or agility moves
