Strength and Conditioning Hybrid

Wednesday is a strength focus, but we will be doing a strength and conditioning hybrid in the form of 2 circuits.

Here’s what it looks like:

Circuit 1

30/20 x 4 rounds

  • Ring row
  • Plank choice or crawl
  • Kettlebell swing
  • Bike

Circuit 2

30/20 x 4 rounds

  • Ski erg
  • Squat choice
  • Push ups
  • Med ball or Bulgarian bag twist/rotation
