It’s a great day to flip tires and walk around with kettlebells over your head!
Plus, this does attract lots of attention on Main St.
Today will be a fun strength and conditioning combo with a few options.
We’ll do this in circuit fashion.
Four rounds of 60 w/30 r non-stop:
- Alternate arm ring rows
- Walking lunges with weight or tire flip
- Overhead kettlebell, dumbell or keg walks
- Walking kettlebell swings (forward or lateral)
- Power wheel walks or inch worms
