It’s a great day to flip tires and walk around with kettlebells over your head!

Today will be a fun strength and conditioning combo with a few options.

We’ll do this in circuit fashion.

Four rounds of 60 w/30 r non-stop:

  • Alternate arm ring rows
  • Walking lunges with weight or tire flip
  • Overhead kettlebell, dumbell or keg walks
  • Walking kettlebell swings (forward or lateral)
  • Power wheel walks or inch worms
