30/30×5 Strength Circuit!
As HEAVY as you can…
- Dumbbell or Kettlebell Chest or floor press
- Front squat
- Pull-ups
- AB choice or Get ups
- Easy cardio recovery
Advanced characters have the option of doing this strength workout as a 5×5 (no clock, but go heavy)
FINISHER
10-1 /1-10 Swings / squat thrusts AFAP
Maybe try some get ups with a sand bag!
