Wednesday is a strength focus, but we will be going with a combo circuit to keep the heart rate up a bit during your session.
Your intervals will be 30/20 and we will complete 4 rounds of each of these circuits

- Twist or Bulgarian bag
- Jumping jacks
Finisher

- Air squat
- Kettlebell curls
- Abs
- Jumping jacks
- Swings
- KB triceps or push-up plank
- Twist
- Skaters
