STRENGTH and STRETCH Saturday!  

Let’s go time for Strength followed by a much needed Stretch!

We are finishing up WEEK 9 of home Strength and Conditioning workouts and we feel better everyday!

As we plan our strategy for opening our doors, we also can’t wait to get outside for some much needed Beach Training!

The BEERS and BELLS World Championships will be held whether we have to go remote or if by June we are back in the Gym.  Keep training hard and smart and let us know how you are doing!

It’s always good to have GOALS so try to set some small attainable goals each week! Your goals could be related to:

  • workouts
  • healthy eating
  • activity
  • stress management
  • family
  • time management
  • work or house projects!

Saturdays STRENGTH & Conditioning Workout:

Triplets 30/20×4:

Triplet 1:

  • Goblet squat
  • row choice (1 arm/ring)
  • cardio choice

Triplet 2:

  • Swings,cleans or deadlifts
  • push-up or press /
  • cardio choice

Triplet 3:

  • Plank, crawl, mt. climbers /
  • knees to chest, bicycle, or twist / c
  • Cardio choice

Yoga & STRETCH at 9am!  This is done for FREE so if you get anything out of it, we think that is awesome!
