Wednesday is a strength day and we have a simple strength circuit lined up.
Simple doesn’t mean it’s easy, so feel free to try out some different movements and ask pleanty of questions.
We want you to get better!
Feel free to challenge yourself with some heavier weights, but also be sure to ask any questions on any of the lifts.
Go as heavy as you can on this strength circuit
30 seconds of work / 30 seconds of rest x 5 rounds

Finisher: TAIL PIPE PLANK:
Partner 1 does 250 meters cardio while partner 2 holds the plank x 3 rounds
