Candy Girl friendly (on the beep)!

Wednesday is a combo of body weight and kettlebell strength.

You can choose  to go with weight or without.

We will go through our usual kettlebell warm up to get acclimated.

We will set up the training session in six stations

Perform 4 rounds of the following movements.

40 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 4 rounds

  • Walking lunges (hold the weight to the sides, in the rack or overhead)
  • Push up plank
  • single leg deads or suitcase deads
  • Alternate arm ring rows or heavy kettlebell rows
  • Ab choice
  • Jumping jacks or jump rope (active recovery)
