Strength Circuit with a Fun Finish
Tuesday is a strength focus, and nothing is better then a classic Training Room strength circuit!
The basics work the best when it comes to getting results and strength gains!
Make sure to stay for the finisher!
The object of this one is to go as heavy as you can without compromising form or going to muscle failure.
We will be warming up with a kettlebell for this one.
Here’s what it looks like…
Strength Circuit
30 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest x 5 rounds of the following movements.
- Heavy one arm, alternate arm, renegade rows or pull ups
- Goblet squats
- Ab choice
- Press or push up choice.
- Heavy swings or hinges
- Active rest (easy cardio)
Finisher:
5 minutes max distance on your choice of 1 of the following…
- Row
- Bike
- Ski
- Versa climb
- Run
OR
5 minutes max reps of any kettlebell sport or body weight movement.
