Intervals are 60 Seconds Work/ 30 Seconds Rest for 4 Rounds
- Ring Rows (30 sec.) / Push Ups (30 sec.)
- Bike (1 min.)
- Swings or Cleans (30 sec.) / Squats or Split Squats (30 sec.)
- Run, Jumping Jacks or Jump Rope (1 min.)
- Ab Choice #1 (30 sec.) / Ab Choice #1 (30 sec.)
- Ski or Rower (1 min.)
