Tomorrow’s workout is a hybrid of both Strength and Conditioning!

Intervals are 60 Seconds Work/ 30 Seconds Rest for 4 Rounds

  1. Ring Rows (30 sec.) / Push Ups (30 sec.)
  2. Bike (1 min.)
  3. Swings or Cleans (30 sec.) / Squats or Split Squats (30 sec.)
  4. Run, Jumping Jacks or Jump Rope (1 min.)
  5. Ab Choice #1 (30 sec.) / Ab Choice #1 (30 sec.)
  6. Ski or Rower (1 min.)
