Tuesday will start or end your day on a high note with these AWESOME Strength and Conditioning Triplets!
We hope everyone had a great Memorial Day Weekend and are ready to grind it out the remainder of the week with some solid workouts!
Here are the details:
Strength & Conditioning Triplets
30 seconds of work with a 20 second rest for 4 rounds of each triplet.
Rest for 1-2 minutes betwenn each 4 round set.
Triplet #1 (Upper Body)
- Push ups
- pull-ups or rows
- easy cardio
Triplet #2 (Lower Body)
- Goblet Squat
- Hip Bridge or Leg Curl
- Easy cardio
Triplet #3 (“Core” Focus)
- Ab Choice #1 (knees to chest, bicycles, cross crunches, twist…)
- Ab Choice #2 (plank, mountain climbers, walkout, powerwheel, crawling…)
- Hard Cardio (SPRINT)
