Saturday is a Strength & Conditioning Challenge: 

30 Minutes – As many rounds as possible!

  • 5 pull-ups
  • 10 push-ups or dips
  • 15 knees to chest
  • 20 bodyweight squats
  • 250 run, row, ski, or .3 bike


As always (an in case you sleep in) we have a video workout you can follow along to ANYTIME!
