Here’s what we’ve got working for you tomorrow.
Gotta love some strength conditioning hybrids!
Do this for 30 minutes in circuit fashion…
- 10 swings
- 5-10 good push-ups
- 5/5 cleans
- 5/5 press
- 5/5 split squat (any variation)
- 5/5 row or 5 pull-ups
- 5 walkouts, Power Wheel roll outs, or push-up plank
- 10 calories, 100 jump rope, or 50 jumping jacks
