Strength and conditioning mash up for Thursday at The Training Room!
As a matter of fact, it’s a wonderful combination of ALL your favorite things.
Obviously, this one should NOT be missed, so we should see ALL of you smiling faces coming through the Training Room doors on Thursday.

Unless you’re living under a rock, then you already know about the upcoming Ergathon.
February 18 at Current Rehab and Performance in Bemar.
Start time is 8 AM!
We are very proud of our events, and take them seriously since ALL of our efforts go to charity!
This one is dedicated to some unfortunate local families that are dealing with the incurable disease of ALS.
Literally ANYONE can participate in this event, so there are not many excuses you can have to NOT to do it.
Even if you’re not participating, please find it in your heart to make a donation to Joan Dancy and PALS.

Strength Conditioning Mash UP!
We have 3 strength and conditioning combination circuits for you on Thursday!
Intervals will be 30/20 x 4 rounds of the first 2 circuits.
Let’s get to work!
Circuit 1
- Ring rows
- Squat press
- Kneeups or any other ab choice you love
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
Circuit 2
- Push-ups (any type)
- Swings
- Twist or Bulgarian bag
- Bike or ski
Circuit 3
30/20 x 3 rounds of guns and cardio.
- Bicep choice
- Tricep choice
- skate or side step
