Strength Couplets
Hey Training Room family!
Tuesday is a strength day and we have a great and very efficient strength session lined up for you (strength couplets are the best).
Strength couplets are The Training Room’s favorite way of getting a ton of work done in a short amount of time.
We will be doing reps of 1-5 or 2-1 on 2 different couplets
Couplet 1
- Clean and press Right/Left
- Pull ups or rows (kettlebell, dumbbell or body weight)
Couplet 2
- Goblet squats
- Ab choices (pick something that will challenge you)
Finisher Couplet (2-10 and 10-2 one time thought)
- Cardio choice
- burpees or squat thusts
