STRENGTH COUPLETS

30 work /30 rest x 5 rounds

Couplet 1.

  • Cleans or deadlift (1 or 2 kettlebells)
  • OH press

Couplet 2.

  • Squats
  • Rows (1 or 2 KBs)

Couplet 3.

  • Bicep curl /
  • KB tricep Ext or dips:

Couplet 4:

  • Abs 
  • cardio

HOME WORKOUT:  Deck of Cards STRENGTH

Here are your  movements…

  • Split squats
  • ring rows or 1 arm rows
  • floor press or Push-up options
  • Ab choice

Jokers.. Burpees, Jumping Jacks… lots of options!
