On the Minute Strength Couplets

Friday’s Couplets are sure to leave you feeling STRONG! 

If you remember this workout from 4 weeks ago, try to see the small improvements you have gained since then.  Maybe more stamina, greater strength, you could push yourself a little harder or you felt better afterwards!  Everyday and every workout is different, so try to do the BEST you can do for each day!

On the Minute Strength Couplets (5 rounds each couplet)

Couplet 1:

  • 20swings, broad jumps, or 10-15 supermans
  • 10-15 push-ups:

Couplet 2:

  • 10 goblet squats or 5/5 pistols or 10/10 GOATA Drop-ins (with spine rotation)
  • 10-15 ring rows or 5-10 pull-ups

Couplet 3:

  • 100 JR or 50 JJs
  • 1/1 TGU, 5 walkouts, or 15-20 ab choice
