We are very excited to bring you this next 4 week block of training.
We’ve been in the lab working on some brand new material that we know help will bring your fitness to another level.
We know you will love this creative mix of strength, conditioning and challenge workouts.
We have also taken the time from our very busy schedules to film each individual training session and explain then in detail to you.
To our knowledge, there is NO other gym that we know of who does this.

We will kick off the week with a nice strength couplet workout that will work off the 1 minute mark to keep your session flowing and not waste time.
Perform each 5 minute couplets on the minute:
- 20 kettlebell swings
- 10 push ups, 15 push ups or advanced 15 ring push ups
Rest 2-3 minutes
- 10 goblet squats or double kettlebell squats or 5 heavier doubles
- 5 Pull up variations (assisted, regular or weighted)
- Get up (right)
- Get up (left)
- 5 walkouts (alternate with a partner)
Finisher: 500 meter time trial
