30/20 Strength Couplets (Push, Pull, Rotate…)
This strength workout will be incorporating pushing exercises, pulling exercises and rotational components. We can all use some spinal rotational and fluidity work so stay tuned for more of these natural human movements! Your last couplet will be a nice conditioning set.

Strength Couplets:
30 work / 20 rest x 5 rounds
Couplet 1:
- Push-up
- row choice (1 arm row, ring row)
Couplet 2:
- Squat choice
- Hamstring curl or hip bridge
Couplet 3:
- Ab Choice 1 (side bends, grave diggers, windmills, bicycles with rotation)
- Ab Choice 2 (mountain climbers with rotation, crawling with spine movement… )
*Couplet 4:
- Cardio choice 1
- Cardio choice 2
*30/30 no rest on cardio or 5 rounds 30 hard/ 30 easy*
