Friday is Strength Day!

If you are competing in Saturday’s Warrior Challenge, this is a great workout to get the body set and prepared for the obstacles!  Make sure to choose a weight that is a little lighter than usual just so you don’t feel crushed for tomorrow’s event!

5 Minute Sets

30 Seconds Right / 30 Seconds Left

  • Cleans or Single Leg Dead Lifts 30/30
  • Push press 30/30
  • Split Squat 30/30
  • Rows 30/30
  • Plank 1 Minute (or Side Plank 30/30)

REST 1:30 between Rounds

Repeat for a Total of 5 Rounds!
