1 Minute Strength Sets

Wednesday is looking STRONG with a Training Room Strength Workout

THIS is a GREAT workout to prep for the Beers & Bells Competition THIS Friday in Squan!

1 Minute Strength Sets with 1 Minutes of Active Recovery

You will complete 15 total sets with 3 different exercise options below:

1 Minute ON / 1 Minute Active Recovery x 5 Rounds

Active Recovery could be any or all of the following: walking, light movements or stretching, small steps, re-applying chalk, plank or ab moves…

  1. Swings, cleans, snatch, single leg deadlifts
  2. 1 or 2 KB push press, floor press, or landmine
  3. Long cycle, Sled, Step ups, Squat Press

Have some fun with this workout and push yourself to work a little harder each set!!

TRAINING ROOM at HOME Option:

6 Minute Strength Set

You will rest 1 minute between Sets and complete 4 total rounds

  1. Cardio Choice (run, JR, JJ, high knees, skaters, quick feet, kick but, rope flow) – 1 Minute
  2. Alternate Back Lunge – 1 Minute
  3. Push-up Plank – 1 Minute
  4. Marching hip bridge, hamstring curls, single leg static hip bridge – 1 Minute (30s/30s)
  5. Alternate Ring Rows or 1 arm rows – 1 Minute (30s/30s)
  6. Get Ups, windmills, side plank – 1 Minute (30s/30s)
