Strength Deck for Friday
Since Friday is a strength focus, let’s take the opportunity to do the strength deck of cards!
You won’t be disappointed if you show up for this one.
Exercises:
♥ Any hinge movement like swings, cleans, deadlift or snatch
♦ Squat options such as goblet, split squats or lunges
♠ Press options such as overhead, see saw, floor press or push up
♣ Row options such is single arm rows, renegade or alternate arm rows
Jokers= Burpees or plank
