Strength Deck of Cards!
We’re going with strength dack of cards on Tuesday.
This one will be a great follow up to Monday’s conditioning intervals.
There will be both weighted and body weight options for you to choose from in this deck of cards strength session.
Here are your movement choices:
♥ Swing, clean, deadlift choice or bird dog
♦ Press or push up variations (the sky is the limit)
♠ Kettlebell row, ring row or pull up
♣ Abs or cardio for time

- Ace: 45 seconds
- 10’s or face cards: 40
- 8 and 9: 35
- 6 and 7: 30
- 4 and 5: 25
- 2 and 3: 20
