Strength Deck of Cards!
We’re going with strength dack of cards on Wednesday!
This one will be a great follow up to Tuesday’s conditioning intervals.
There will be both weighted and body weight options for you to choose from in this deck of cards strength session.
Here are your movement choices:
♥ Swing, clean, deadlift choice or bird dog
♦ Squat Press (or mix it up with just a press or a squat)
♠ Kettlebell row, ring row or pull up
♣ Abs
