Do each movement for 30 seconds…
Complete one side then move to the other side.
- Single leg deadlift or bird dog
- Press or shoulder tap
- Lunge or Split squat
- 1 arm rows
- Stationary cardio (body weight)
The 5th round or finisher will be…
