Grab a bell and here we go!

Twenty seconds of movement with a ten second hold.

  • Clean or deadlift
  • Rack or hold the bell
  • Press
  • Hold overhead
  • Squat or split squat
  • Hold or pulse
  • Row
  • Hold up
  • Walkouts or ab choice
  • Hold tight

Repeat the same sequence on the other side.

5 rounds on each side.

Finish:

20/10 x 8 cardio choice!
