1 Minute Strength Intervals

Wednesday brings us Strength Sets with 1 Minute Intervals.

You will have the option of different tools to use for your workout so that you can try new things or stick with the “tried and true.”

Avon Members:  Mike is running a class for Middle School and High School Kids (ALL LEVELS are Welcome) on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am.  It started last week, but your kiddos can jump in anytime!  Here is the link to sign up!

Wednesday’s Strength Workout:

1 Minute Work / 1 Minute Active Recovery x 5 Rounds (Stationary!)

  1. Swing, snatch, clean, single leg deadlift
  2. 1 or 2 KB push-press, landmine, floor press
  3. long cycle, sled, Slow burpee, or cardio choice

*Do all 5 sets of the same exercise before you switch to the next exercise!
