Jim and I spent the weekend at a very cool seminar moving, experimenting and learning some new things that we look forward to sharing with you, so stay tuned for that!
As usual, we will find the right movements for EVERYONE!
Here’s what we’ve got for you on Monday!
20 seconds work / 10 seconds of rest x 10 rounds of each couplet..
We’ll take 2 minutes rest between each couplet.
Couplet 1: 20/10×10
- Clean right
- Press right
- Clean left
- press left
Body Weight Options
- supermans.bird dogs or hip bidges
- Push ups (any kind)
Couplet 2 (with our without weight)
- Squat or split squat (with or without weight)
- One arm row or ring row
- Cardio choice
