Let’s get ready for the weekend!

It looks like we will be moving stuff into the Manasquan gym on Sunday!

We will be operating some time next week!

Friday Strength Couplets…

Warm up with joint mobility and two rounds of kettlebell warm up….

We have 3 different couplets and we’ll perform ladder style for 10 minutes…

Take 2-3 minutes rest between each one.

Couplet 1

  • Front squats 1-5 or 2-10
  • Pull-ups 1-5 or 2-10

Couplet 2

  • Push-ups or dips 1-5 or 2-10 (advanced should go weighted)
  • Heavy swings 1 or 2 KB’s 1-5 or 2-10

Couplet 3

  • Walkout or Power Wheel 1-5 or 2-10
  • Knees to chest( hanging or floor/suspended) 1-5 or 2-10
