STRENGH LADDERS

Friday’s Strength Ladder workout is sure to be a good one!

Remember April 30th is our second Beers and Bells of 2021!  6pm in Avon.  You can compete in a 6 minute Kettlebell Sport Set OR 6 minute Burpee set (you can work with a partner)!  Sure to be a grand time!

Here’s our Strength Workout Friday:

STRENGTH LADDERS

1-5 or 2-10 Reps

Ladder up alternating reps with exercises & when you get to the top start at 1 or 2 reps each exercise again!

12min strength ladder couplets

Couplet 1.

  • clean and press L/R or double
  • pull-ups or ring rows(ring rows 2-10)

Rest 2 Minutes:

Couplet 2.

  • 1 or 2 kettlebell front squats 
  • ab choice( slow abs 1-5, quicker 2-10)

Finisher Conditioning Ladder:

Alternate between two exercises until you are finished!  See how fast you can get this done with great form!

  • 10-2 burpees
  • 2-10 snatch or clean
