Thursday’s Strength Ladders

Choose Reps 1-5 (think heavier weight) or 2-10 (lighter/ moderate weight)

You will ladder up (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) or (2, 4, 6, 8, 10) then repeat until the 12 minutes is complete!

12 Minutes x 2 Ladders

Ladder #1

  • Kettlebell Clean & Press (L/R) or Double Long Cycle
  • Pull-ups or Ring Rows

Ladder #2

  • Squat (Goblet/ Racked)
  • Slow Abdominal Exercise (Get Up/ Walk Out/ Scooter or Power Wheel… )

Finisher: 

  • Burpees 2/ 4/ 6/ 8/ 10
  • Swings or Step Ups 10/ 8/ 6/ 4/ 2

DONE!
