We had great sessions on the beach yesterday…
It was also the first every beach session for the Manasquan gym at Manasquan beach.
Thank you to those of you who showed up and played around in the sand.
Today the focus is on strength.
Ladder down from 10-2 by 2’s on the following movements.
Either circuit through all of the movements of finish all the reps of one movement alternating with a partner before moving on to the next.
10,8,6,4,2 reps
Beginners can do 5 x 8-10 reps with a moderate weight
- chest press BB/DB/KB
- Pull-ups
- Deadlifts or front squats
- TGU’s or 5×5 or 5×10 abdominal choice
Finisher 30 seconds /30 seconds /30 seconds x 2 rounds of double kettlebell over head walks,racked, and farmer carry (non-stop)
