STRENGTH on the DECK!
Since Wednesday at The Training Room is a strength focus, we will be pulling out the famous deck for strength!
We will be going through the entire deck of cards (but be prepared for a little bit more) for this kettlebell strength session.
Here’s an older video, but still a great way of setting up for the kettlebell goblet squat when working with one of the larger kettlebells.

Exercises will look like this…
♥ Squat choice (goblet, front squat, split squat or any lunge variation)
♦ Any press variation including overhead, sess saw, floor press, goblet press,push ups
♠ Pull variations including 1 arm rows, renegade row, ring row, band rows/pulls or pull ups
♣ Ab choice
Jokers=11 burpees
