Saturday’s Strength Day

Keeping it simple on Saturday with some singled sided strength options!

It’s also the LAST day of our January Challenges!  Make sure to try to improve on your scores even if its just by a second or two!  We’ve got the 500 meter Row and the Pull Up or Static hang straight arm hold.

Saturday’s workout is a Training Room Classic single sided strength session you definitely don’t want to miss!

Intervals: 60 work / 30 rest x 4 rounds 

  1. Split sq L/R
  2. Floor press L/R
  3. SL dead’s L/R
  4. Row L/R
  5. Ab Choice


5min max set (Cardio choice, KB sport, Burpees)
