Strength Supersets

30 work / 30 rest x 5 rounds

Superset #1)

  • chest press, push-ups, or dips
  • heavy swings or dead’s:

Superset #2)

  • Pull-ups
  • Goblet squats or sled:

Superset #3) KICKER: 10min AMRAP:

  • 10cals or run 100yds
  • 10 burpees or 10 reps long cycle
