30 work / 30 rest x 5 rounds
Superset #1)
- chest press, push-ups, or dips
- heavy swings or dead’s:
Superset #2)
- Pull-ups
- Goblet squats or sled:
Superset #3) KICKER: 10min AMRAP:
- 10cals or run 100yds
- 10 burpees or 10 reps long cycle
