Strength Supersets
Tuesday is a strength focus at The Training Room. Let’s get to work with these super effective strength supersets.

Here are your supersets for Tuesday.
35 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest x 5 rounds of each superset.
Superset 1
- Swings, cleans, deadlift or snatches
- Press choice
Superset 2
- Squat choice
- Upper body pull choice
Finisher: 30/20 x 3 rounds of the following circuit
- Push up plank
- Twist
- Kb or db curl
- Any body weight calisthenic such (jumping jacks, jump rope, Pegs, skaters, step ups etc)
