Strength Supersets on Tuesday

We’ve got your super efficient strength supersets on Tuesday!

This method of strength training is the most effective and efficient in our opinion.

Supersets are set up in either upper body/lower body, or push and pull which makes it possible to train one area as the other muslce group is recovering.

This allows us to get a lot of quality work done in shorter periods of time with NO time wasted.

The 2 exercises in each couplet complement each other.

Here are your supersets…

Superset 1 (indoors) 35/25 x 5 rounds

  • Chest press or push up
  • Deadlift

Superset 2 (outside) 35/25 x 5 rounds

  • Goblet squat
  • Upper body pull choice

Circuit finisher 35/25 x 3 rounds

  • Cardio choice
  • Dumbbell curl
  • Push up plank or ab choice
  • Medicine ball or Bulgarian bag Twist
