25 Minutes of Strength!

Hey Training Room family!

Tuesday is strength day.

Flow through this simple 25 minute kettlebell and body weight circuit at your own pace.

As always, you should be focusing on the movement and not worrying so much about what weight you are using.

Please let us know if there is ANYTHING new you want to learn or get better at today!

Perhaps you want to learn a cool single leg movement, need help with an injury, or you may want to learn how to use the mace properly so you start using it in your workout.

Whatever it is, let us know!

Here is your circuit…

  • 10 swings
  • 10 push-ups
  • 5/5 cleans
  • 5/5 press
  • 5/5 split squat
  • 5/5 rows
  • 5 walkouts
  • 10 calories
  • 100 revolutions on the jump rope or 50 jumping jacks
