Here’s what we have for you.

Strength Triplet 1: 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest x rounds of each

  • Static squat hold
  • Static pull-up or ring row
  • Static walkout hold or plank variation

Rest for 2 minutes

Triplet 2: 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest x rounds of each

  • Alternate kettlebell cleans
  • See saw press
  • Ab choice

Finisher: Go through this 2 times. Use the 10 seconds to hold the position.
