Let’s get some Strength Triplets in on Monday!
We are repeating our 4 week training cycle! Let’s do great things!
40/20×4 Strength Triplets:
Triplet 1.
- Swing choice,1 or 2 kB clean, bird dog
- Alternate 1 arm push-ups or see saw press
- Twist
Triplet 2.
- Alternate Back lunge (rotational)
- Alt. Ring row or renegade row
- Ab Choice
Finisher x 4 Rounds As Fast as Possible!
- 100JR, 50JJs, or 10cals
- 10/10 Mt. Climbers
- 10 skaters
- 10 high pulls
- 10 squat thrusts
