Strength Triplets

Let’s get some Strength Triplets in on Monday!

We are repeating our 4 week training cycle!  Let’s do great things!

40/20×4 Strength Triplets:

Triplet 1.

  • Swing choice,1 or 2 kB clean, bird dog
  • Alternate 1 arm push-ups or see saw press 
  • Twist

Triplet 2.

  • Alternate Back lunge (rotational)
  • Alt. Ring row or renegade row 
  • Ab Choice

Finisher x 4 Rounds As Fast as Possible!  

  • 100JR, 50JJs, or 10cals 
  • 10/10 Mt. Climbers 
  • 10 skaters
  • 10 high pulls
  • 10 squat thrusts
