Ten Minute Strength Triplets PLUS

Your Friday session is ALL set!

We’ll be doing classic Training Room strength triplets PLUS with a little bit a conditioning sprinkled in to keep your heart and lungs strong.

Here’s what it looks like…

10 minute Training Room triplets

We may also do this one on the clock in 30/20 intervals to keep things flowing.

Triplet 1 (10 minute AMRAP) or 30/20 x 4 rounds 

  • 5/5 cleans or 10 deadlift choice
  • 10 push-press (doubles or singles) or push-ups
  • 10 calories bike

Triplet 2 (10 minute AMRAP) or 30/20 x 4 rounds 

  • 5/5 split squat
  • 5/5 kettlebell or dumbbell row
  • 10 calories ski

Triplet 3 (10 minute AMRAP) or 30/20 x 4 rounds 

  • 10/10 Twist or Bulgarian bag swings
  • 10 knee ups or sliding knees to chest
  • 10 calories row

Take a 2 minute rest between each triplet
