Wednesday we are pairing an intensly focused strength workout with a quick 30 minute Yoga Flow. Lots of diaphragmatic breathing and stretching!
Yoga class is pre-recorded to watch whenever is convenient for your schedule. You can follow along as best as you can and know that no one is perfect.
We learn more everyday by doing, failing and trying again!
Strength Couplets:
30 work / 20 rest x 5 rounds
Couplet 1:
- Push-up
- row choice
Couplet 2:
- Squat choice
- Hamstring curl or hip bridge
Couplet 3:
- Ab Choice 1
- Ab Choice 2
*Couplet 4:
- Cardio choice 1
- Cardio choice 2
*30/30 no rest on cardio or 5 rounds 30 hard/ 30 easy*
