We had our first official complaint this morning since 1999.
Apparently it was too early to pull sleds in the lane of pain.
Some people don’t like to wake up to the sound of metal screeching on the pavement at 8am I guess.
Oh well…
Here’s today’s workout.
5 sets of 5 with a partner or solo.
- Tire flip or alternate kettlebell cleans
- Rope climb, modified rope climb, or peg board climb (up and down=1 rep)
- Sled drags or prowler push (up and back is one rep)
- Walkouts, power wheel rollouts, or sledge hits (5×10 r/l)
