Heavy Strength Couplets

Intervals are 30 work /30 rest x 5 rounds:

Couplet # 1.

  • Deadlift
  • chest press

Couplet #2.

  • Pull-ups or heavy 1arm rows 
  • Ab choice:

FINISHER is 10 Minutes of GUNS & LUNGS (Rotate through at your own pace!)

  • 10 Bicep curls
  • 10 bench dips, diamond pushups
  • 10 cals cardio
