Intervals are 30 work /30 rest x 5 rounds:
Couplet # 1.
- Deadlift
- chest press
Couplet #2.
- Pull-ups or heavy 1arm rows
- Ab choice:
FINISHER is 10 Minutes of GUNS & LUNGS (Rotate through at your own pace!)
- 10 Bicep curls
- 10 bench dips, diamond pushups
- 10 cals cardio
